Buzzient enables social media integration with Zendesk, CRM, and contact center applications. With Buzzient, agents can transparently support customers on multiple social channels, all without changes to existing application workflows.
How to install
Zendesk users who integrate with Buzzient must have an authorized a Twitter account linked with Zendesk.
Log into Zendesk and go to the Manage cog > Channels > Twitter (edit) > Twitter Accounts > add Twitter account.
Authorize the desired Twitter account for this Zendesk user.
Once the above is completed for each Zendesk user who will receive posts from Buzzient:
Contact [email protected] indicating you have configured your Twitter account in Zendesk. Be sure to include your email address, since it will be used as your Buzzient username.
You will then receive a URL for input of three pieces of data to complete your integration.
