Create reports, charts and dashboards from Zendesk data
Description
eazyBI provides easy and flexible Zendesk tickets and forums data analysis and reporting when you need more advanced non-standard reports. All Zendesk data including selected custom fields are regularly imported in eazyBI and you can create reports using any imported data for your specific data analysis needs. eazyBI comes with several pre-defined sample reports and charts as well as provides easy drag-and-drop user interface for creating your own custom reports, charts and dashboards.
How to install
eazyBI is available as software as a service solution. After creating free trial account you will need to provide your Zendesk site access information and eazyBI will perform the initial data import. See more information at the eazyBI Zendesk help page.
