How to install
To get started, first create a FreshBooks account, and then log in to your Zendesk account.
Getting your API token is easy! Just follow these steps in FreshBooks:
- Login to your FreshBooks account
- Click on 'My Account'
- Click on 'FreshBooks API'
- Here you will see your FreshBooks authentication token and API URL
Once you have your API token, log into Zendesk and locate the Application directory by clicking on the Manage cog and simply click on the install button to add the Freshbooks application to your Zendesk account. Input the URL to your Freshbooks account and your Freshbooks API. Once you save the information, proceed to any ticket page, expand the Apps panel and find your new Freshbooks application ready to go!
