The 1st Virtual Agent software extension for Zendesk.

The Virtual Agent is a web self - service software, that provide customers with instant, automated answers to the 30-50 % the most of their questions, without the need of involving a live support.

It's better than traditional search or help, as it provides instant support with self- learning, automated Q&A engine, that understands both the intent of the question and the context of the problem.

Obviously, automated answers from knowledge base are not capable of resolving more complex problems; in this case the session can automatically escalate to live chat or web call with a live operator.

Its seamless integration with Zendesk enables customers to submit tickets immediately after the search or chat, whenever there's a need for extended support. It is done simply using the button placed on our widget.

How to install

The installation starts with a Completely Free Trial and takes even just 5 minutes.

Our team will assist you, or just follow these steps:

STEP 1 Go to www.inteliwise.com/zendesk and push the green "Try it free" button

STEP 2 Sign - in (also with a Facebook login) for your trial account

STEP 3 Go to Add-ons & Extras section Select "Zendesk"

STEP 4 On the bottom of the page, fill out the form:

  • Set Script Enabled to "yes"
  • In Host, put https://{yourcompany}.zendesk.com/api/v2
  • In User, put your zendesk login
  • In Password, put your zendesk password
  • In Subject, put default subject your agent tickets will receive
