Panorama9 is a cloud-based, IT management platform bundled into a single dashboard to show you everything about your company's assets, IT availability, security vulnerabilities and non-compliant systems. Your organization can cut IT costs through improved up-time without having an infrastructure to deploy or manage.
The Panorama9 system will gather information from two vital sources -through locally installed agents on your computers as well as by external testing completed via Panorama9's cloud-based system. The Panorama9 installed agent is a small application (about 2 Mb) that will run silently in the background using nearly zero resources as it collects data from your designated workstations, laptops, and servers.

Issues detected by Panorama9 are created as Zendesk tickets so you can easily handle the case & track its progress. You'll have the ability to apply all the case management tools that Zendesk offers to each detected issue, giving you complete control. And the Zendesk ticket will continue to be updated with new information.

How to install
To install this app, log in to your Zendesk account.
Install the first Panorama9 agent on a server to enable the deployment feature and do the rest from the cloud.
Using the Panorama9 deployment system is the easiest way to get a complete overview of your IT environment. It only requires that you install the agent on one machine and enable the deployment feature during setup. Once done you then control the roll-out of agents to other machines in your network through the Panorama9 dashboard. Should you decide not to enable the deployment feature the agent will still work and begin to report what it has discovered to the Panorama9 cloud.
The received information is analyzed and any detected issues will be presented in the Panorama9 dashboard and if desired sent to you as a notification either via email or as a text message.
