We quoted Om Malik in our press release last week. The origin was a piece on Zendesk he posted same week. We especially liked this comparison from his blog post:
“Just like 37Signals offers you project management tools or hosted chat, Zendesk offers you a simple way to manage all incoming help desk inquires.”
Often a simple comparison says more than a thousand words. Even more when it comes from Om Malik
