		<description><![CDATA[Talking of Maxroam, can someone get them to actually read and respond to their support queries via Zendesk? 
 
Most get closed after a couple of weeks or so without any response whatsoever, and even if they deign to reply once, that incomplete answer is all you get. 
 
Or is it a problem with Zendesk itself? I doubt it, as ringing Maxroam up is also a waste of time - they seem to have some staff blissfully unaware of previously central details of the firm&#039;s marketing ]]></description>
