				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>If you’ve checked out our <a href="https://support.zendesk.com/forums/20146877-css-cookbook" target="_blank">CSS Cookbook</a> or some of our previous <a href="http://www.zendesk.com/blog/category/tip-of-the-week" target="_blank">Tips of the Week</a>, you know that there’s plenty you can do to customize the look and feel of your Zendesk web portal using Global CSS widgets. You can not only change the colors and styles of the elements that appear, you can hide items entirely. Sometimes, however, you’ll only want to hide things from certain users.</p>
<p>In the latest <a title="tip of the week" href="https://support.zendesk.com/entries/20938511-hiding-parts-of-the-web-portal-from-logged-out-users" target="_blank">tip of the week</a>, I’m going to first highlight how you can prevent unregistered users from accessing your Zendesk, and then show how you can hide page elements via forum settings and CSS.</p>

It’d be great to be able to classify them, ensuring they’re routed to the appropriate department. Taking it a step further, it would be even better to generate reports that show what areas of your business are spawning the most tickets (and therefore may need some attention).</p>
<p>Enter <a href="http://www.zendesk.com/support/api/macros">macros</a>; a Zendesk feature that enable for predetermined responses to common requests and questions.
