At Zendesk, we always strive to go above and beyond to support our customers. This is a big part of why I was so excited to launch our user group program last year! Beyond getting the chance to meet our awesome customers, it’s great to see Zendesk users networking and sharing best practices.
Since our initial launch, we’ve built out the program a bit more and threw some awesome events in San Francisco, Portland, NYC, San Diego, and Silicon Valley last quarter. On top of that, we have some really great Zendesk customers from organizations of all sizes who have volunteered to lead our groups. They are super excited about spreading the customer service love of Zendesk across the globe and I thank them for all their help as we plan groups throughout the year! If you would like to see presentations from previous events or subscribe to a forum to keep apprised of future events, we have a support forum that will help you do just that!
