This month at Zendesk, we’ve been hard at work on a variety of integrations to help you support your team and company. We strive to provide tools that help you run your customer support or internal help desk more efficiently, and this most recent batch should help you do just that.

Innotas – IT project management

Look.io – Live chat for iOS

For developers and businesses with iOS apps, Zendesk for Look.io helps you provide live chat directly in applications on the iOS platform, using one simple line of code. Not only can you chat with a customer directly while they are in your mobile application, you can even share their mobile screen and give the customer tips on where they need to navigate to in order to get where they need to go. Stuck on a payment page and don’t know what to enter? Easily highlight the next steps that a customer must take in order to complete their order process. The transcripts of your conversations will flow directly into your Zendesk account for quick and easy follow up. No one available to chat? Not a problem. Look.io will create a Zendesk ticket if there is no one readily available to chat with so you can make sure all requests are accounted for and followed up with appropriately.
