Hi,

We are looking at a remote control solution and GoToManage is now replaced by GoToAssist.

GoToAssist also supports remote control.

Can we confirm if this integration still works and is it as good as the LogMeInRescue operation?

I want an easy way for agents to be able to email back the link to customers to share their desktop and have a chat session.

Has anyone used this integration?

Can the asset information be stamped onto the Ticket for reference later one?

Can the asset name be recorded in a custom field so we can do some reports on assets that are using a lot of labour and cost etc?
