So there is a badge that appears on the Fluid app icon when I get a ticket but the badge does not go away when the queue is completely empty of any tickets. Any ideas?

For folks having trouble with logging in (i.e., it opens in FF or other default browser), there’s a simple fix. After you create your Fluid app, launch it, then go to its preferences. Under the “Advanced” section, choose “Allow browsing to any URL”. There’s probably a way to be more specific about what to allow, but I didn’t take the time to figure it out. If someone else would care to enlighten me/us, that would be much appreciated.

Addendum to my last comment, if it helps: tickets assigned to me are essentially a View in ZenDesk, gotten to through a bunch of URL appends like this:
…/search?search_name=Open+tickets+assigned+to+you&sets[1][conditions][0][operator]=is&sets[1][conditions][0][source]=assignee_id&sets[1][conditions][0][value][0]=########&sets[1][conditions][1][operator]=is&sets[1][conditions][1][source]=status_id&sets[1][conditions][1][value][0]=1

This is totally awesome – however, one issue is that it’s not immediately apparent to me how I can get Fluid to only display tickets assigned to ME, rather than all tickets for the organization. Anyone have thoughts on that?
