The 3rd annual Recognition for Excellence in Customer Support and Service (R.E.C.S.S.) awards are open for nominations. This year it’s even easier to nominate your favorite company/agent for an award by tweeting the nominee’s Twitter handle, along with 2011 RECSS, and providing a category hashtag. You can find all of the categories on the rules page. The company/agent with the most nominations will make it to the voting round where you can vote on the best companies for each category and the top agent.
Winning companies will receive an award that they can proudly display (lucite case recommended) and the winning agent will receive an Xbox Kinect bundle. You can nominate as many times as you want for different companies, but you can only nominate for the same company/agent once per category. Think about all of the great customer service and support that you’ve received and nominate them today!
