When it comes to improvements in customer service, Brazil is the country in Latin America to keep an eye on. In the recent Zendesk Benchmark report, Brazil was tied for second place in the list of countries with the most dramatic jumps in customer satisfaction since Q1, rising 8 points to 70 percent in Q2.
As a thriving business and technology center in Latin America, there’s a strong demand for cloud software to help Brazilian businesses bump their satisfaction number closer to the global Q2 average of 81 percent. That’s why we’re excited about our new home in Latin America.
Today, Zendesk is launching a new office in Sao Paulo to support the growing market in Brazil, where we recently passed the 1,000 customer mark (more than triple the number of customers we had in Brazil just 12 months ago).
Those Brazilian customers are already reporting impressive improvements. Chocolate producer Cacau Show uses Zendesk internally and has raised their customer satisfaction to an impressive 95 percent. With gains like that, the upwards trajectory of customer satisfaction in Brazil shows promising signs of continuing through the rest of the year.
