If you’re an existing client and want to try the new Zendesk, just click on the link in the upper right corner. If you don’t see the “try the new Zendesk” link, your Zendesk administrator will need to enable it for you.
And if you’re an administrator who’d like to enable Zendesk for your team, just click on Settings, then Agents, and check the “Enabled” box for “Show the new Zendesk”.
