Unfortunately, the integration does not allow for Zendesk comments to populate in Pivotal.  While we do allow for the ticket to create an issue in Pivotal and for Pivotal comments to come back, we don&#039;t currently support pushing Zendesk comments into the corresponding created Pivotal issue.
