The Zendesk for Android app is here! Your agents can now view and manage support tickets while on the go. Zendesk for Android lets you stay on top of customer requests and updates with real-time access to Zendesk anytime, anywhere without a laptop or desktop. Easily view, update, and create new tickets, configure ticket fields, and add comments for follow up.

    The 2D barcode doesn't return an app on my Nexus One running Froyo. Neither does searching for "Zendesk". I think you need to double check how you published your app.

    Hi Graeme,

    This appears to be an issue with Froyo specifically that has been reported on some other apps on the Market as well. I've implemented a workaround, please try searching for and downloading the app again.

    I'm actually trying to build my first app for Android right now, do you mid me asking how you get the data from your database to the app, do you have a web service sitting in the middle?

    Blackberry app is planned. No specific release date at this point though… I am hoping by end of summer.

    Agree – I am most interested in push notifications. Just moved from IPhone to HTC. Love the extra screen size. Since the point of the phone is to give me mobile access to Zendesk so I can quickly respond to tickets. I need some form of quick alert. Anyone have a good solution? I am an android NUB.
