A Zendesk Ambassador markets Zendesk in its region through its website. Zendesk Ambassadors extend our global reach. Each Ambassador will be able to refer prospects and receive a referral fee for each lead that becomes a sale.

Zendesk Authorized Partner

An Authorized Partner is the ultimate partnership with Zendesk. In addition to providing quality leads to Zendesk by leveraging their network, an Authorized Partner provides professional services including, but not limited to, consulting, integration and migration services and training.

How does one become an Authorized Partner? Authorized Zendesk partners are by invitation only. Anyone interested in becoming a Zendesk partner must first become a Zendesk Ambassador. Zendesk only invites the best Ambassadors to become an Authorized Partner if they fulfill specific requirements (e.g. services, location, etc.) needed for Zendesk customers. Once invited, Authorized Partners must attend and complete a training course to ensure competency in Zendesk. Zendesk only has a limited number of Authorized Partners that will be listed on our web site.

Authorized Partners assist customers and extend the reach of Zendesk within an organization. They exhibit a skill set that includes geographical coverage, the ability to evangelize Zendesk and provide top-notch professional services to customers. Authorized Partners also receive a referral fee for leads sent to Zendesk that become customers and leads from Zendesk in need of professional services.
