The Certified Solution Partner Program is designed for companies looking to build Zendesk-specific skills within their company. In exchange for the that commitment, Zendesk will invest in your success.
Certified Solution Partner Benefits
• Listing on Zendesk Website as a Certified Solution Partner
• Enrollment in the Referral Partner Program
• Access to Zendesk regional partner managers and regional implementation managers
• Implementation technical support provided on an as-needed basis
• Ongoing technical training and access to the Zendesk roadmap
• Participation in Zendesk regional marketing, training and networking events
• Access to Zendesk logos branding you as a Zendesk Certified Solution Partner
• At least one individual from the Certified Solution Partner must attend the quarterly Solution Partner Training
• At least one individual must attend the Agent Essentials and Administrator Essentials classes from Zendesk University (credits will be provided)
• A minimum of one customer reference in connection with a successful Zendesk project
