It does not matter if you use ours or offer up yours. When it comes to integrating extras into your help desk, the possibilities are endless. Zendesk allows you to easily extend the functionality of your help desk with confidence by playing nice with the ecosystem of apps you are already using. Zendesk targets, or push updates, allow you to send notifications to external destinations (targets). Examples of targets are Campfire rooms, Twitter accounts, Clickatell or generic URL’s.

Now the favorite app that you are used to using on your desktop is available for your favorite mobile devices.

Widgets are extras for Zendesk that extend the functionality of your help desk. They are HTML fragments that can be embedded directly on any page of your help desk to integrate external data in your help desk interface.

Our SSO integrations allow users to log into your help desk with credentials from the directory services listed.

Some widgets are invisible such as the custom CSS widget which allows you to add your own CSS classes and properties to your helpdesk for further customization.
