Aircall's Zendesk integration lets you integrate phone calls into your Zendesk experience.
Your Aircall app lets you manage as many phone numbers as you'd like (in 40 countries). You can make and receive calls from any of your numbers, and distribute calls easily across your support team.
Each teammate can follow up on calls to make sure all calls are attended.
When a call comes in, it rings on Aircall's Zendesk app of the teammates that are available. You can choose to have calls ring in sequence or simultaneously over your team, and each teammate can specify his/her working hours.
Missed calls and voicemails create automatically a ticket in Zendesk.
When a teammate opens a Zendesk contact, the Aircall app loads automatically the contact phone number so you can dial right away, from any of your Aircall numbers.
