The CoffeeSender for Zendesk app empowers your agents to provide the best possible customer service and experience. After installing the app agents will be able to send out coffee ($5 Starbucks eGift Card) via one-click inside Zendesk. The agent can decide to send the coffee via a CoffeeSender email or drop the eGift link directly within the ticket. All coffees sent automatically log as a comment to the ticket and also are tagged for reporting purposes.

To install please follow these setup instructions:

  1. Install the Zendesk app from the Marketplace.
  2. Enter in your CoffeeSender Special Key thats found in the Settings > Account page.
  3. Create Templates in the CoffeeSender.com Templates section.
  4. Send coffee!
