To get started, create a FreshBooks account, then sign in to your Zendesk account.
Getting your API token is easy! Just follow these steps in FreshBooks:
Log in to your FreshBooks account.
Click 'My Account'.
Click 'FreshBooks API'.
Copy your FreshBooks authentication token and API URL.
After you have your API token, sign in to Zendesk, then click the Admin icon in the sidebar. Select Apps > Browse, then find the Freshbooks app and click the tile. On the Freshbooks app page, click Install app in the upper-right corner. Enter the URL for your Freshbooks account, your Freshbooks API token, and a title, then click Install. From any ticket page, expand the Apps panel to find your Freshbooks app.
