Search for your favorite GIFs using keywords and hashtags or simply let Giphy choose the GIF for you. In addition to displaying a GIF to make answering tickets more enjoyable, the Giphy App lets you place GIFs directly in your ticket comment.
- Log in to your Zendesk Support account as an Administrator
- Go to Admin > Settings > Tickets and enable ‘Agent comments processed by Markdown’
- Go to Admin > Apps > Marketplace and click on Giphy’s listing
- Click Install
