Getting started with MessageBird Chat is easy!

  1. Install the MessageBird Chat app from the Zendesk store
  2. Sign-up for MessageBird Chat API and select the tier that best suits your needs
  3. Add one or multiple channels to your account in the MessageBird Dashboard
  4. Copy the Access Key provided to you within the MessageBird Dashboard
  5. Navigate to the freshly installed MessageBird Chat app and fill in the Access Key you copied earlier.
  6. Walk through the next steps of the installation process and check the boxes of the channels you want to receive in Zendesk
  7. You’re now ready to make your customers happy by offering outstanding support via messaging platforms!
