Using Printfection and Zendesk together you can now send your customers and users swag right from any Zendesk ticket. Nothing pumps up your wow factor more than a free gift.
Once installed you can easily set this App to create and return Gift URLs from any Printfection Giveaway campaign. Just paste your new Gift URL directly into the ticket you're working on. And, of course, you can always see the gift redemption details within your Printfection campaign.

- Once the application is installed go to the App Configuration tab located in the 'Admin > Apps' section of Zendesk.
- You'll want to fill out the following fields to connect the app with your Printfection account:
- Printfection API Key: Your API Key can be found in your Printfection account under 'Account > API Access'
- Giveaway Campaign ID: This is the campaign you'll be using to generate your Giveaway URLs. You'll find this ID on 'Settings' page of your Printfection campaign. If you don't want to specify a campaing, and instead let your agents choose from a drop down, just leave this blank.
- Force Specific Campaign: Toggle this option on if you don't want to offer a dropdown of all Printfection Giveaway campaigns and want to use only the one specified in the last step.
- Once the fields have been updated you can click 'Save Settings' from the App Configuration page. You'll then be returned to the list of your Apps.
- Now you may go to any existing ticket in Zendesk and a new button will be available in the sidebar called 'Get a New Gift URL'. Above it will be a list of the Printfection campaigns you can generate a gift from.
- When you click 'Get a new Gift URL' your Printfection campaign will generate a new gift URL in the Printfection platform and return it to your screen in a small lightbox window.
- You can easily copy this link and paste it in your ticket. Note that the URL you received will automatically be 'marked as sent' in Printfection, meaning you don't need to worry about anyone else getting this link.
- Once a gift has been redeemed you will be able to see the user's redemption information right from your campaign in Printfection.
