This app allows the administrator to configure tags to be added to tickets that an agent updates. Options are available to allow the adding of tags in 3 situations - When a public comment is made - When any comment is made (including a private note) - When any update at all is made (Change of status, group or other field) - Can be disabled for individual agents
This makes it easy for adminstrators to see all tickets that an agent has worked on, not just those they have solved.

2.Complete the standard app installation requirements
3.Use the new navigation icon to go to the settings page
- Agents have default 'firstname_lastname' tags already set - change these if desired
- Choose the setting you require for all agents or customise for each agent
- Save settings
