This app lets you see in a single place the number of tickets each agent has assigned, in one of the following status: open, pending & on-hold.

New in version 1.1:

  • Light Agents are not diplayed since they can't have tickets assigned to them.
  • Unassigned tickets counted as well.

No additional settings are required, just install the app and you are ready to go.
