How to setup
To set the integration up you must have AgentBot running. It doesn’t require technical intervention. You can configure the integration directly from AgentBot’s administration platform.
Go to the Integrations section in the platform and select the option “Zendesk Support and Guide + AgentBot”.
Connect your Zendesk Support account.
Add a Zendesk ticket as a complement in an answer and start solving support queries faster.
Everytime a customer fills a form, a ticket is automatically generated in your Zendesk Support account.
The form is fully displayed in the web channel. Nevertheless, Facebook Messenger and WhatsApp also support forms in their chat windows. In those cases, the customer will see one field of the ticket at a time.
For personalized and efficient support, AgentBot sends Zendesk the history of the conversation between your client and the bot. It also provides users with the ticket number so they can check the status of their queries whenever they want.
