This app lets you see all your contact’s info right in your Zendesk Ticket window. This is great for those that have to go back and forth between Zendesk and amoCRM to see relevant contact information. Now, it’s all there right in your Zendesk ticket!

  1. First, log in to your Zendesk account and navigate to the Application Directory
  2. Add the amoCRM app to your Zendesk Account
  3. Type in your Domain name (https://company.amoCRM.com)
  4. Type in your amoCRM login (example@yourcompany.com)
  5. Type in your amoCRM API Key. This is found in your individual user settings. Click on the “edit” link next to your name in the upper right corner of your amoCRM system.
  6. Click to enable SSL encryption (if necessary).
