API Connect is the perfect application for you that wishes to integrate Zendesk with any platform.
When the app loads, it’ll appear an ‘Apply’ button(Aplicar), a number with an arrow beside it and the settings button.
When you click the arrow, it’ll show the data from the configured platform, such as address(Endereco), name(Nome) and URL.
If you want to fill the ticket form with those informations, just click the ‘Apply’ button.
After that, API Connect will fill the blanks on Zendesk ! By a simple method and without copy and paste !

To use this app, you need to be registered in our platform.
If your Zendesk isn’t registered, it’ll show a message like this:
Speak to our sales team to verify how the API Connect plan works: email@example.com
If you are already registered and your plan is paid, it will show a login screen:
A screen will open to authorize API Connect, click ‘Authorize’ and done
Click the gear icon to access app settings
There are 3 tabs, a tab for authorization, for requests and for API fields.
In the Authorization tab, you can choose 3 types of auth: ”No Auth”, “Basic Auth” or “Bearer Auth”.
In the requests tab, as the name says, it’s possible to make a ‘GET’ request to the desired API and verify if the endpoint is correct.
In the fields tab, it’s possible to load the response to verify which fields exist in the API and associate the API Fields in Zendesk Custom Fields !
After setting up, you can click ‘Save’ to register informations in the app and close the settings window.
Click the ‘Reload apps’ button in Zendesk to the informations updated.
Obs.: These configurations may be made by someone responsible for Development, I.T, or someone that knows the basics about API.
