How to Install
With the Zendesk and BombBomb integration, your support team can add BombBomb video messages to their support ticket responses right from within their Zendesk account.
If you don’t already have one, you’ll want to get your very own BombBomb account. Sign up for free here!
Setting up the BombBomb video integration with Zendesk is as easy as 1-2-3:
Once you have a BombBomb account and have installed BombBomb from the Zendesk Marketplace, open a new ticket and click the Zendesk BombBomb recorder icon beneath the text box.
You will be prompted for your BombBomb credentials. Enter your email and password associated with your BombBomb account and click the "Sign in" button.
Zendesk will request access to your BombBomb information. Click the “Allow” button to connect these two accounts.
