The Cancel Ticket Submit app prevents ticket submission and allows an agent to review their comments before submitting the ticket in Zendesk

The following information is displayed:

  • Modal popup with ticket comment text
  • Modal includes a cancel button to cancel ticket submission
  • Dismissing the modal or waiting for the timeout will prevent ticket submission

Additional features with the Plus plan:

  • All Basic features
  • Confirm sending attachments
  • Confirm sending a public or private comment
  • Confirm sending only public replies, if desired

Additional features with the Premium plan:

  • All Basic and Plus features
  • Confirm all recipients, internal and external
