Cleverly Related identifies the best answer suggestions for every customer request using machine learning techniques. We aggregate and organize your team’s collective knowledge and get it ready for you to use.

What we do: * We give you reply suggestions based on ticket history, right where you need them. When a message comes in and the agent opens the ticket, our AI automatically suggests a list of related tickets from past interactions that are most likely to answer the new request, ordered by relevance. * We show related knowledge base / help center articles, when you are looking for what to send to a customer.

How it works: * It takes a minute to go through the setup process and add our widget to your Zendesk account (it will show on the right sidebar). * Our machine learning technology analyses your previous conversations (closed tickets) including the patterns in how those requests were classified, routed and resolved (because this is a complex process it may take a couple of hours for your account to get ready). * As a new request comes in, we examine its content and recommend an appropriate response template. If no answer exists we give visibility of that to your team so they can fix it by writing the best answer for you to use next time. * When a request is resolved we incorporate the feedback to learn and adapt the future suggestions so they are always up-to-date with your current customer service needs and processes.
