Install the CloudCherry app from the Zendesk Marketplace Following settings needs to be configured post successful installation of the app CloudCherry API Key - API Key can be obtained from CloudCherry API Explorer CloudCherry User Name - You may use the username used to login to CloudCherry Configure the Zendesk app in CloudCherry Login to your CloudCherry Account Go-to Settings>>Integrations Input the following information to establish a connection between Zendesk and CloudCherry Zendesk Admin API key Zendesk URL Zendesk Admin Email-Id Note: All the above Zendesk details needs to be taken from the account where the CloudCherry App is installed. System checks whether all the required mappings available or not, if successful then establishes connection between Zendesk and CloudCherry Setup Notification in CloudCherry, depending upon the condition set here ticket will get created in Zendesk
