Flexible app configuration allows to plug in to any kind of backend - CRM, ERP, ... as long as it provides a public REST API to access the data. You get to customize where the information should be fetched and what are the details you'd like to see in Zendesk.
Simply install the app and follow the configuration instructions:
Step 1: If you want the app to automatically lookup your data when you open a ticket, check the Automatic search checkbox and fill in the search criteria.
Step 2: Fill in the domain hosting your webservice.
Step 3: Fill in the URL of your webservice.
Step 4: Fill in the access token for your webservice.
Step 5: Fill in the headers needed by your webservice.
Step 6: Provide the way you want to map the service response on the screen.
