Download the app on the App Store or Google Play and sign up. After signing up, use your account details to visit the Databox web application at app.databox.com. Sign in and add a new data source, select "Cloud services" and look for Zendesk. To activate Zendesk you will need to provide your Subdomain, your Username and a Token - this token is configurable in your Zendesk account under Settings > Channels > API.
