Once you implement the DialogTech Application for Zendesk Support, better customer support is just moments away. Setup is simple and quick-and if you have questions, DialogTech's Customer Success team is here to help you. You can get started with the integration in three short steps:
- Sign up for a DialogTech Professional account
- Call DialogTech's Customer Success team for a walk-through of the Call Distributor and Voice Mail setup
- Configure your DialogTech account to include the Zendesk Support user id for each of your call distributor agents.
- Log into your Zendesk Support account and click on the "Manage cog"
- Click "App Marketplace".
- Locate the DialogTech Application in the list, click "install" and you are set to go!
