After installation, just open some ticket and click on the Dixibox button (below the area for writting the answer).
A small window will pop-up.
Write your Dixibox user and password and click on the login button.
Now your Zendesk plugin will be linked with your Dixibox account and you're ready to start answering your customers with voice notes.
