A support tool for your users
You get to use the Zendesk site to manage your support load, wouldn't it be nice if your users could manage their own support tickets in your site? That's exactly what elevio does.
While you can be setup in just minutes with the articles and support module, we also have the following modules available to install in your widget:
Custom HTML Modules
To install elevio on your site, head to https://app.elev.io/register to create your account.
Once you're logged in, head to the integrations page and click on the Zendesk integration option.
You'll be asked to allow access for elevio to your Zendesk account, once you approve you'll be taken back to elevio to finish setup.
You can now sync your Zendesk content to show inside the elevio widget on your site.
You can also add the Support module, which allows your users to view and reply to all of their existing support tickets, as well as create new tickets, right from within your site!
All that's left is to add a snippet of code to your site to embed the widget, there's a few options for installation on your site that you can use utilise.
