Installing FluentCloud For Zendesk:
- Install the FluentCloud For Zendesk application from the Zendesk application store
- Click the FluentCloud For Zendesk icon in the left navigation bar
- Input your FluentCloud username, password, and account API key**
- Click authenticate
Locating your API key:
- Login to the FluentCloud portal
- Click the 'Account' drop down menu in the top right corner, then click 'Settings'
- Click the 'API Keys' tab
If you do not already have a generated API key listed, click 'Generate New Key' and click save at the bottom of the page. (Note: Only one API key is needed)
