Installing FluentCloud For Zendesk:

  • Install the FluentCloud For Zendesk application from the Zendesk application store
  • Click the FluentCloud For Zendesk icon in the left navigation bar
  • Input your FluentCloud username, password, and account API key**
  • Click authenticate

Locating your API key:

  • Login to the FluentCloud portal
  • Click the 'Account' drop down menu in the top right corner, then click 'Settings'
  • Click the 'API Keys' tab

If you do not already have a generated API key listed, click 'Generate New Key' and click save at the bottom of the page. (Note: Only one API key is needed)
