Send gifts to customers to reward loyalty or make amends


Gift is an app that lets agents send gifts to customers to reward loyalty or to make amends.

  • Easy to set up. No extra help needed.

Once the app is installed and configured, agents can send gifts in three easy steps:

  1. Select a message and a gift.
  2. Send a link with a gift landing page to the customer.
  3. Customer fills out their mailing address, and the gift is on its way!

Follow the prompts to install the app. Once installed, as an administrator, open an existing ticket and find the Gifts app in the apps tray, click Get started to setup gifts for your agents to choose from.

To add your own gifts to the app, click 'Add Gift' in the Gifts tab. Please add the name, a short description and a good picture.

If you'd like to use one of our fulfilment partners, please follow these instructions:


  • Create an account on the Giftbit website.
  • Within Giftbit, create your payment method to add funds to your account.
  • Back in the Gifts app, visit the Admin Tools and open the Partners tab.
  • Select Giftbit from the dropdown.
  • Follow the prompts to authorize your account.

Upon completion, the Giftbit catalogue will be loaded into the Gifts tab. Choose a few gifts for your agents to choose from in the desired denomination. If you'd like Starbucks or Visa gift cards, please contact Giftbit to have these added to your account. Once approved, select 'refresh gifts' next to Giftbit to see these in the app.
