The app 'Google Business Messaging for Zendesk Support' allows you to engage users interacting with your business on Google Maps. When users message your business on Google Maps, new tickets are created in Zendesk Support. Your agents can easily respond to users from the Zendesk Support console.
You can easily respond to users by personalizing some automated answers through the virtual assistant. The escalation to an agent is also enabled through keywords or by detecting user intents. You can also follow the conversation history with each user by looking through the transcript on the Zendesk Support console. Start using this app after reaching out to the Amplify.ai team at email@example.com and receiving an Activation ID.
- Click on the install button to complete the installation.
- After the installation is complete, the integration can be added on the left panel at Channels->Channel Integrations.
- You should see the service name you gave while installing the app. Please make sure an account has been added in the Accounts tab.
- In the account you should also validate that the 'activation id' provided by Amplify.ai is added.
