- Login to HappyFox Chat and go to "Apps" tab.
- Click on the “Helpdesk” category and click on the “Zendesk” tile
- Click on the “Install” button
- Enter your Zendesk account name and click on “Connect” button
- You will be asked to enter Zendesk Username and password for authentication
- You can customise the ticket group and priority for the tickets to be created.
- Click on “Update Settings” and, voila, you are done.
