Simply click to install the Hero by Vivun app for Zendesk. Once the app is installed you will be required to enter two pieces of data:
- The access token which will be provided to you by your Vivun account manager
- The api name of the custom text field in your organization settings which is used to store the Salesforce account ID related to the organization
Once saved, you will see the Hero by Vivun app show up in the app window pane when you are viewing an org or a ticket.
