  4. Click on it to install it in your Zendesk portal.
  5. Invite your team, so they can use the Inbill app in Zendesk: https://my.inbill.net/team
  6. Navigate to any customer ticket in your Zendesk portal.

The Inbill app in the sidebar will show your customer’s complete billing info and will enable you to charge, refund, add/cancel subscriptions.

In your Inbill dashboard you can now monitor transactions, agents’ activity and statistics.
