Infusionsoft for Zendesk Support provides your Support team with a holistic view of your customers and their support issues.
Features available in Zendesk Support:
- Search and view Infusionsoft contacts
- Access unified customer information and pull relevant Infusionsoft data
- Use an embedded sidebar app to view a customer’s previous order history, tags, and contact information
- Apply Infusionsoft tags directly to a contact record
- Configure the app settings:
- Title: Name for the application.
- Infusionsoft App Name: Your Infusionsoft app name. If your Infusionsoft app name is test.infusionsoft.com, then enter only test.
- API Token: Your Infusionsoft API token. You can find this in the Infusionsoft Admin settings section.
- Click Install and you're done!
Now, when you navigate to a ticket page, expand the apps tray by clicking on the Apps button in the upper right and you should see your information from Infusionsoft displayed in the Zendesk Support app!
