Use the app to connect your Instagram Business account to Zendesk. You will be able to work with post comments as regular tickets. There are some features, specific to Instagram: - view an initial post in the ticket - add #comment_id tag to reply to a particular comment - @mention someone in your reply

- Convert your regular Instagram account into Business account and connect it to a Facebook page
- Install Instagramer Comments app
- Go to Channel Integrations → Instagramer Comments→ Accounts → Add account
- Press Continue with Facebook and grant it required permissions
- Adding comments to any of your posts should create a ticket in Zendesk
