- Go to https://app.intellinote.net/rest/integration/with/zendesk and pick the type of action you want to trigger in Intellinote when something happens in Intellinote.
- Login to your Intellinote account and follow the instructions to generate a link.
- Now login to Zendesk as the Administration and follow the instructions from Intellinote (Step 2) to set up Triggers in Zendesk. Save.
- Start monitoring Zendesk ticket activity in Intellinote with Messages and Tasks.
