Once it's enabled, you will see the iorad app for Zendesk in two places: ticketing and in the left main icon bar in your Zendesk admin view.
Now that it is installed you will need to enable iorad's solution script to run. To do this:
- Go to Help Center
- Click General Settings
- Select Display Unsafe Content checkbox
- Click update.
