Please follow below instructions to setup Knowmax within Zendesk.

Login with provided credentials.
Adminbutton on the top right corner (Privileged users will be able to see this option).
Go to the profile section and click on company settings.
Click the install button to install the app.
A pop-up box will appear on screen where you will get the integration key.
Click on generate token button to see your integration key and copy it.
For domain use
Use the copied integration key and the domain for installing the app in Zendesk.
